If you already have the shroud out, next unbolt the fan from the radiator and remove it. Now unbolt the water pump and keep track of the bolts, some are longer than other. Once unbolted remove the old water pump, clean the old gasket off the timing cover and install the new water pump.

Take the belts off next. Drain the anti-freeze. Removing the radiator isnt necessary, but it helps lots. You already have the fluid drained, so it only 4 bolts and 2 hoses. Beware, the lower hose is probably rusted onto both the radiator and the metal piping! Then remove the fan (4 bolts). Now, take a piece of cardboard, as you are taking the bolts on the water pump out, put them in the cardboard (like through holes) in the orientation that they are on the water pump. Like the top one, put towards the top of the cardboard.

^^^ Great suggestion as the bolts are different lengths.
I would add that i use a pry bar wedged againt the fan nuts while i break the others loose.
