i believe (and i could be wrong) that they sell the jelly-ish "condoms" for the bulbs that give them the color......pretty sure i saw something like that at Pep-Boys......i just peeled mine off and have WHITE instrument lights.

yup you can use condoms too, but they are very hard on lights. I also pulled my green ones off and used a white bulb. One day I will go with the led's people have been using.

oh yes 92 Toy i agree...hahaha

i plan on doing the LED's for my 4runner.

all of them at once, plus my dome lights (front, middle, and rear)

and whenever i get my bumper, i'm going with LED turn signals, as well as marker lights, and i'm gonna try to go with LED brake lights and turn signals in the rear!

I've ordered a couple times from Superbright, but they do get pretty expensive. I picked up similar quality LEDs off eBay for about $15 to do the entire dash, plus two aux gauges, and still have a half dozen spares.

Just a thought.

Oh, and for what it's worth, I did the blue lights. Liked them at first, but grew to hate them. Went with white this time around and much prefer it.

ones that were meant to replace the 194's and 74's I believe. the 194 is the bigger of the two sized bulbs. I think the 74's are the smaller ones, I am not 100% sure though. If using the 180 or 360 degree bulbs that contain multiple leds in 1 unit then you might have to enlarge the holes. Someone on here had a good thread on the leds not too long ago. Also mentioned the heater control housing have to be modified if replacing that as well.

As far as the other guy on this thread saying the ones from superbrightleds.com don't fit, this is why I had asked which model(s). He had yet to answer that.

As far as longevity, he is also the only one that has ever complained about them not lasting a long time. Maybe he has other issues than just lowering his dimmer and is blaming them on poor quality LEDs.

That's what you need. If you do a search there is a thread out there that shows you different colors and bulb types. I went with the WELD x-x 90 degree and it turned out a little "spotty" on the gauge cluster. I would get something with a better degree of light. O ya your stock bulb is type: 194 so anything that replaces that will work.

I think the 74's are for the CEL, brake, alt lights etc etc right? I can't remember from when I did my sr5 swap.
