Well i picked this thing up off a co worker, i traded him a 70 chevy c10 with a origonal motor in it and well, a bit too much rust for my liking. It has been since painted rootbeer brownish color and still has the FJ wheels on it, which i am toying on selling, but still unsure, kinda like the way they look, would look even better powdercoated black imo. She has 253k miles on her, but something tells me she was towed behind a rv for a good chunk of them. Also, has the tick and a valve tapping(i think) from, 1000-2400 rpm. Also, did a sunroof delete on it due to missing glass and parts, welded some 14ga metal in place. Plans are currently, new shoes, kc's and it will be messed with more once this motor goes, hopefully that wont be for a while(good lord willing). Oh, and a cb radio

 

found this old thread. How did that sunroof delete turn out. was it welded? Any roof warpage? Thanks.
