V6 Rear Rebuild

Not sure if this is the right section for axle/rear end discussion but it is a 2nd gen truck. I'm pulling the front and rear 3rds out of my V6 truck and throwing them in my 22RE. I was thinking of rebuilding some of the rear end if I will be pulling it out anyways. The truck has ~180,000 miles.

Do you guys have any recommendations where I can buy a kit for this, or is this something I shouldn't bother with at all (can't tell if the bearings in the rear are shot as the truck isn't driveable. The motor has a snapped connecting rod I believe, cranks freely until it hits a certain spot then locks up hard so no driving it, unless there is another way?)? I will be throwing an Aussie locker in the back as well.

No one has any thoughts?

What would you do if you had snagged a parts truck with different 3rds/axles that you're going to use with 180,000 miles and add a locker. Just throw the locker in and go or freshen up while you have everything out? Any concensus?
