Transmission Rebuild Time?

So I bought a one-owner '04 Tacoma Ext. Cab V6 4WD TRD two weeks ago. The truck was used as a long distance commuter and has 150k on it. The five speed trans is rather noisy, and makes a load whirring sound in all gears when accelerating, no matter the speed. If I rev the motor in neutral it makes the noise, too. When depressing the clutch, it goes away. Drained the gear oil (it was clean and full) and put in Redline MT-90. It didn't change a thing. The clutch is tight and the trans shifts smoothly through all gears. Should I leave it be, or pull the trans and replace the clutch, throwout bearing, and imput shaft bearing? Thanks in advance.
