After locker install and wheeling I have a new vibration

Alright folks, I'm going to need some help with this one.

I recently dropped in a front locker for the rig and have been slowly learning what a double locked rig can and cannot do. (89 4runner, 22re, 5 speed, Aussie in the rear, Lockrite in the front, 4.56's and 31's but most of ya'll knew that from my posts over the last year).

Went wheeling the day I put the locker in and things were freaking awesome. I did notice a slight vibration on the way home that only happens when I'm holding the throttle to maintain speed. Example: I'm doing 70 on the highway and holding at 70 it will vibrate enough to "feel" it in the truck. If I accelerate or let off the pedal it goes away.

That wheeling trip was almost 90% mud with a few minor rock crawls, as I said I'm trying to learn the rigs capabilities with the front locked, and I did my best to wash all the mud off of the drive train when I was done.

So far I have no strange steering issues, no wheel hop or tracking issues, fluid levels in the motor/tranny/tcase/diffs are where they should be. Now if I'm on the street and can feel the vibration I can clutch the rig or just pull it out of gear and the vibration is gone.

I'm hoping this is something as simple as a loose nut (not the one in the drivers seat thank you) or something similar.

Help?

edit: Having two lockers makes this thing a blast to wheel.... I mean that.

Didyou mark the drive shaft before you pulled it off so its on the same as before the install, just thought i would ask. I had to turn mine till I found where it vibrated the least.

So you think it's some thing in the back vibrating or the front?

It's PROBABLY the nut behind the wheel...I'm just sayin...

The locker was installed in the front and I don't run the front on the street so I can't see how that would cause a vibration.

It has got to be in the back. The front isn't running unless I'm on the trail.

Oh and SHUSH!.

I have not yet although I can't see them going out after one wheeling trip unless the front being locked would have caused some strain on the rear.

No carrier bearing but thanks for the thought.

Would hurt to check, might just start wiggling at just the right speed as opposed to all the time.

My vote is u-joint also, because my truck is currently sitting in the driveway with a broken rear u-joint...
