Unhappy 1990 4runner 4x4 roaring in front pass. wheel

As stated in the title I have a 1990 4runner 4 wheel drive. It has developed a roaring noise in the front passenger wheel.
We have changed out both bearings and the half shaft. It stopped for a few miles then started again when we got on a bumpy road. We torqued everything to specs, and replaced the lock washers. We are not ruling out the differential, but the sound seems to be coming from the wheel assembly.
It comes and goes. We rode to the next town about 40 miles away and it only did it a little bit, but somedays i can't drive it to town without it going constant. I can put it in 4 wheel and it will stop or we can stop and it will stop just before we come to a complete stop. ?!?!?!?!?! We are at a loss. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks ever so much.

meh - just grease it, don't necessarily need to replace the bushing yet.

I took everything apart and there wasn't a bit of grease on the bushings. I packed it full of grease and drove it all weekend in silence!!! We'll be checking the other side soon. Thanks folks!!!
