From: Cincinnati, Ohio - Amelia is the exact place. There is no one else on this site from where I am. Seems like everyone is from Cali or Washington. I guess I need to move.

Ok, so today out of no where, the truck ran fine this morning, and now i get no high idle warmup in 40 degree weather, and the truck sputters at low rpm when trying to drive, once up in rpm it moves but feels like it wants to hold back.

Could this be the cold start switch on the front of the lower intake?

Just changed thermostate a week ago, and had no problems since.

I noticed my 90 22RE doesn't idle as high as it usually does on the last few really cold days here in Mass. I just let it warm up and it seems to drive fine. I just attributed it to the cold.

OK cool guys im pretty decent with 22re's where exactly is this air valve located, I will check it tomorrow. Is this located on the bottom of the throttle body, and how hard is it to get to/replace?

Is it located on under the lower intake? Canb I access it through the passenger front fender well?
