1987 sr5 22R carb 4X4 she is tired can barely get up to 75 on the high way.

I have a 1992 2 wd with a 22REC can they be swapped out ?

I would like to keep it carbureted? I guess I am asking will they bolt up and if so what do I need ahead of time ?

Why do you want to keep it carbureted if you want more power? The EFI will add significant hp. The '92 can work, but I would guess you'll probably need the '92's ECU.

Ok here is what I found

The compression is 165-170 on all cylinders.
Timing is spot on.
Plugs wires cap rotor are all new.

Truck runs great, but I can’t get it above 70. Unless going down a incline.

I am thinking it is the 30.5” tires? Will this make that much of a difference over the stock tires?

I have a 92 2wd complete truck.

So I can swap the engine and the harness and be good to go?
