Distributor pinch-bolt

Hello. This is my first post on this forum. I went through quite a few old threads to find an answer to my simple question, but I think it’s probably just too simple for someone to describe.

I own a 22RE. I just moved from OR to CA and failed the emissions test because my timing was very slightly off. With the TE1 and E1 jumped, rpm reading 850, timing is 3 degrees where it should read 5. All I need to do is rotate the distributor for the adjustment, the only problem is I do not know which bolt is the pinch-bolt.

Can someone please describe (or show in a pic) where the pinch-bolt is?

Thank you!

Red face

It is the bolt in the base of the distributor it is on the side facing the firewall there is a slot on the distributor that when the bolt is loose you may adjust the timing
