Will tacoma 3" lift spacer fit my 4runner?

I am looking to get a 3" lift spacer for the front of my 99 4runner. it is temp. until i can afford coilovers. the ebay seller had a 3" lift spacer for a 4runner listed but it expired and i messaged him with no response yet about relisting the 4runner one. is this tacoma spacer the same exact part? it looks like the same one. I really want to order today so it can be on the way. let me know what you think. thanks,

here is the active listing for the tacoma spacer.

here is the expired 4runner spacer listing from same seller

here is a 4runner with same lift , fj80 rear springs , 3" front spacer. i have the fj80 springs/rear shocks on the way and need to order the front now.

so they are the same exact spacers? well its a temporary fix . i have tires on order , suppose to be here in 2 weeks, 285/75/16 bfg km2's , i need to have it lifted first and cant afford coilovers right now (spent alot on those tires). using those spacers i use stock front springs and shocks which saves alot. if i go with ome springs , i'll need new shocks and i feel that is a waste since i would be getting rid of those for coilovers (hopefully christmas) . i just need a lift to fit my tires for now. The spacers are only $70 and the person using them i linked to said they ride good and has no problems with them. They space the entire assembly , not coil spacers that compress the coil. thanks alot , i just wanted to confirm they are the same so i can go ahead and order
