New tires purchased...

So, I just bought myself a new set of tires...the Cooper S/T. I have been doing some researching and it was down to those and the STT. I figured I didn't need a full on mud terrain tire but I wanted something more aggressive to get me back into bike and snowboard country. I got to see them in person and the tread is much more aggressive than any picture shows, so I'm pretty stoked.

Just curious for those of you that are running them how do you like them? I have heard nothing bad but wouldn't mind hearing some YotaTech testimony. The one thing I will do when I get money is have them siped, as aroud here in MT it's necessary as we get some nasty packed snow with icy roads.

Now that purchase is out of the way, the next thing that comes is the bumper build!!

I had a set of Cooper S/Ts on a 2000 Suburban. They were awesome tires and got a lot of mileage out of them. When I get new tires for the 4Runner that is the tire I am planning to buy.

Really? I've talked to a lot of people around here that say it's almost a must with the type of packed snow/ice we get around here. They have minimum siping from the factory, but i guess I can wait and see...I have to wait till next monday for them to come in...I'm anxious

Yeah I heard a lot of good things about them too...it was a really hard decision. Came down to the fact that I just didn't need a full on mud tire. the S/T has pretty aggressive tread...more so than I thought...I think it's a perfect inbetween of an a/t and the m/t type tire.

Right on it's good to hear. Seems like they are tried and true and should do me well on the Taco
