A340F Replaced, but good?

So after the transmission went on my girlfriend in our 01 4Runner Milennium Edition, a friend and I have since replaced the transmission with a low mileage used transmission. After installing and topping off all fluids, the tranny seems to shift fine and the 4Runner actually drives so we're stoked BUT we've noticed it rolls back when on a hill and in drive. Is this common? I would have to say (without measuring slope) the hills I tested this on are medium to steep. I drive a standard normally so my foot is always on the break at hill starts so I never noticed this before in our automatic 4Runner. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated so I can catch the warranty on this tranny if need be.

Thx,

Jeff

In the short time it takes to move my foot from the brake to the gas, mine will roll back a few inches w/ resistance on steeper hills. Sounds normal to me unless you're rolling back like a foot or 2.

Yeah mine rolls back a little when on a moderate to steep hill too.

I think that it's normal and nothing to worry about.
