Is it my tranny or t-case?

I removed the front drive shaft, which was bound in tightly, to see if my front drive line was the problem. The thing still act like a bicycle with a loose chain. "Slips" in every gear, and after taking out the Front ds, it intermittenly grinds in some gears. HELP PLEASE! possible trip to New Mexico and I want to take this truck with me to play in the sand on the weekends.

If it slips it may be the clutch slipping? How are your motor and tranny mounts? If it's grinding maybe the synchros are going?

It sounds like the clutch. I don't know why the front driveline would be bound up though.
