A few friends, my wife, and I went to Auger Hole in NC for a trail ride and it was a blast. Last time we went up there it was closed and offered an alternative trail at Gorges Creek on Hwy 130 S. It was an okay trail but not nearly as challenging as Auger Hole or Bad Creek Project in SC. Anyone know of any easy-moderate trails along this area? We plan on riding Horse Pasture soon when it opens during hunting season but it's kid's play now after the Forestry Service performed work on the access roads.
