I believe it is this one:

http://www.toyotapartszone.com/oem/90099-00925.html

Unfortunately, there is no easy source for size specs on Toyota fasteners. (BMW gives them in THEIR parts listing which is also free on-line. BOO Toyota on this.) You pretty much have to take one out and measure it.

Where do you get a wiper blade for the rear? I've gone to lordco and Crappy Tire but none of the ones they list for a 99 fit... Unless I'm missing something when trying to put it back onto it's offset thing.

Bringing this old thread back up. I pulled the screws out of my rear wiper and no one can even figure out what size they actually are. Been to three hardware stores, one of them a pro level place. Did anyone ever figure out what size the screws are that hold the wiper blade to the arm are? They're something in between a 3mm and 4mm screw. Mine are 14 years old and looking pretty rough. Just replaced the wiper with factory Toyota and it didn't come with screws.

I can confirm P/N 90099-00925 for those tiny phillip head (hate 'em) screws at $ 1.08 ea.

I had to replace these today - turned one into a clutch screw - and used that bit - getting it out.
Ugly ...
The entire arm , with the wiper insert, is P/N 85242-35010 $ 11.45.
Bought a spare insert, too, as only after I paid for it did he pull the parts.
Insert # 85214-YZZD3 , $ 6.71.

On the plus side, the dam rear wiper actually makes contact all the way thru it's stroke and cleans the rear window.
That has literally been on my to do list since I bought it 3 years ago ...
