Brake prop valve on 96 Runner?

Brake prop valve on 96 Runner?
Have a 96 limited 4WD, 6 cylinder.
does this thing have a proportioning valve for the rear brakes?
I want more braking power at the rear axle.
Planning on the Tundra caliper swap if I can find an auto parts store that is able to get them, NAPA says they 're not available,
and replace the MC and booster and probably replace the rubber lines with stainless flex lines as well.
