Stock rear shock specs for 2002 4Runner

Does anyone know how long the stock rear shocks (compressed and extended) are on the '02 4Runner. Specifically a 4x4 SR5, if it matters.

This spec sheet comes in real handy when fitting shocks to altered or moved mounts and lifted or lowered suspensions.

I get 12.375" compressed and 19.375" extended. Those are off an 01 4Runner so they should be exactly the same as your 02.

cool, thx, that is good info to have. i was also looking for the actual measurements of an OEM shock taken off a truck as I need to see if they differ from the aftermarket shocks at all. It seems I could have been more specific in the orig question, but again, thanks for the info, it'll come in handy.

Eric - Thanks! That is exactly what I needed to know.

I've been trying to figure out if the KYB MonoMax shocks I had put on a while back differ from stock at all in actual compressed/extended lengths. If anyone is curious, here's a longer version of the story: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/r...o-long-185685/
