If it has not cured, naptha or lacquer thinner will work. After it cures, about a week and the outer skin layer will wear away and the paint with it. Sometimes, you might be able to use a petroleum jelly and rub it into the area and it may help lift up the paint.

Herculiner on your hootus? ( if you haven't seen it)

x2 for what Roger said - if it has dried, you're pretty much waiting to get rid of that skin.

I'd use ABS Pipe cleaner, but I'm asumeing you're not a plumber and don't have it readily avalible.

It reacts to the iron in your blood/skin. If it's dried, it doesn't matter what you use (unless that stuff happens to burn off the skin, but that has other issues!)

? try some sandpaper to wear it down as much as possible.. like a nail file from the old ladies side of the sink...

it might get brittle and crack off better?

Brillo pads, palm sander or you can just remove that part that you got it on . They make new hands now...Some of them are really nice.
