Loose steering, what parts should I replace

So my 1991 4x4 4runner has had wandering steering for a while and I'm finally going to do something about it. I know the control arm bushings are bad, and I'm pretty sure the ball joints are bad as well. I wanted to know what other parts I should pick up and replace while I'm doing the front end. The steering stabilizer is good, replaced that a with OME. Also, would replacing these parts fix the wandering steering? Thanks

all your listed parts and Pitman arm, idler arm, inner and outer tie rod ends. I just replaced all the parts on mine and the half shaft CVs for 1200.00

Is that installed?! I hope so, other wise you got hosed!

I did the inner rods, outer rods, pitman arm, and idler arm on Taikowaza's rig and it was under $400 Control arm bushings and ball joints can't be $800! And Tim even bought Toyota parts!

Last night I bought new Tie Rod Ends and the Pitman arm, all with a Lifetime replacement warranty from Advance Auto for $180.

After a weekend of hard wheeling, this is how it all looks...

I had a whole dissertation prepared but then a simple question popped in my head:
What size tires do you have and what is the offset / backspacing of the wheels?

Just replace the worn ones. How is the steering gear?

seriously! looks like a 4x4 could almost fit between those sidewalls and the UCAs. i'm suggesting having a look at your wheel bearings as well - lots of pressure on those when your wheels stick out like that. also, what's up with that CV angle? is that pic taken while at full compression?

I'm guessing that you're talking to me as I'm the only one who posted the pics (I'm not the OP though...). 3 3/4" BS on those wheels but they're not "sticking out" that much, and yeah, that's at full compression and slight turn to driver(taken on the trail). I'm surprised you didn't mention that my shock was rubbing on my bumpstop bracket...
