Check these guy's out I was really impressed with there LIFE TIME WARRANTY I talked with the guys there and they told me if I had issues with the motor I could take it to a shop around here in Maryland and they would cover the small to medium issue's but for major I would have to ship it back to them and they would do all the repairs free and replace the parts free as well.

You are close enough to sandy you could drive there and pick it up and not have to pay shipping plus if you have issue you could do the same call them and talk to them very cool and will answer any questions you have.

Only reason I did not get one was the shipping and core charge would have been way more then it would cost me to do a complete rebuild myself so that's what I did instead but I really like the life time Warranty I was where you are I would go for it.

make sure you spend the money on a GOOD engine and dont jump on the first deal you come across or you might end up in the same situation that i am in with a 20k mile engine that now needs a head gasket.

I have been looking at both companies. I think these might be some of the 2 best companies around here. I like sunwest alot, but an UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY is hard to turn your back on. And they might be a little closer for you then the 5 hours to spokane if you have any problems. And Oregon Engines sells there "super stock" performance motor for just a bit over 1500 on ebay. Pretty good deal I think.
