I'm due for a brake service in my '01 Tacoma Prerunner. I was wondering if the rotors and calipers from a Tundra could be installed in a Tacoma ??? I have done some research and for sure that the rotors are a little bigger wich will result in better breaking but I'm not too sure about the caliper. I'm will consider the swap if it is a direct bolt on, I don't want to do any type of fabrication ... any suggestions or comments ? Thanks.

I've checked the parts no.s for the Tacoma Prerunner against the Tundras (2wd and 4wd)and the rotor/brake part don't appear to be the same. Both trucks do share some components such as the knuckle assembly and I've been told the 4-pot calipers are the same design but are set-up differently in each respective trucks.
