Pre outputs on factory 2006 radio

Hey does anyone know if the factory 6 disc cd changer radio is pre wired for outputs (built into the back)? I have an Sirius handheld radio and the FM transmitter really sucks. Satellite radio shouldn't have static! Any help is greatly appreciated I searched but turned up nothing.

You want pre-ins, not pre-outs. Pre-outs go to an amplifier.

Which stereo do you have in the truck and does it feature an aux input on the front?

Sorry for the delay in my reply but I had to go out of town for business. Your right I wanted to say inputs instead of outputs. Its the factory 6 disk in dash CD changer so there is no aux input in the front. And thanks bigt I have already looked into that part.
