Will a 3rd from a 2000 tacoma fit my 1995 4runner

Need help found a Toyota 3rd member out of a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 non-elocker rearend and was woundering if it will fit my 1995 v6 3.0 5 speed? i think it will but not sure.

o and one more thing it has 4.30 gears and welded spider gears for posi-trac. is this ok for daily drivin or is it just like a spool?

Any 8 inch third will work. Not sure if its an 8 inch or an 8.4 though.
Welded thirds suck for daily driving. Your tires wear out much quicker

Thanks thats what i thought about the welded rear but he said welded spider gears for posi-trac so i didnt know if it was the same. How would i find out if its a 8" or not?

Taco Non elocker rear ends are 8.4

dang it thanks though thought i was going to get my runner back on the road, but i guess not . i guess my next question would be anyone got a 8" rear with 4.30s? I cant find one.Or i could get both front and rear thirds with 5.29s. i would love to get her back up in runnin.

its the same as the v6 thought right? only diff is its a little weaker?

4 cyl would work, a little different housing and the v6 is a 4 pinion carrier while the 4 cyl is a 2 pinion carrier which is where the "weakness" comes from, spline count etc. is the same.
