What seats are these?

When I got my truck these bucket seats were already installed. The previous owner said that they were out of a junked 4Runner. I believe they are of the same or similar year as my '91 Pickup, but I am not sure. Do any of you know what year these are? Or even if and where the VINs are?

This is the passenger side seat.

Passenger head rest.

Definitely 2nd gen 4runner seats. 90-95 SR5 or limited non-leather.

Could be from an SR5 Xcab truck. Depends on if the pass side slides forward when tilted forward, or if it stays stationary.

If its from a 4Runner, then yes its from a 90-95 4Runner SR5. The seats do not have the VIN's listed on them anywhere.

Exactly the same pattern and material as my '91 4Runner SR5.

SR5 cloth was the same for the trucks/runners depending on the model years 84-88 89-95... there may be some overlap on 89 runners when the runner continued as the 1gen while the 3gen truck was introduced...
in any case those are SR5 buckets.

Has anyone ever found a source for that material, or at least a close match?

Probably be pretty hard to find a match for that fabric these days since tastes have changed but there are several available that are very close... the thing to do is to go to a few different auto upholstery shops and talk to them and see what they can come up with... chances are you will be able to find something very close...
