i need to know how to get the air bubble out of coolant line cause i took off my TB and i bealive i have air in coolant lines.....

 

remove the radiator cap turn the truck on and the heater on hi. give that a try

 

What engine?

With the 3VZ-E, I believe there is a bleeder valve.
With the 22re, you have to run the engine with the radiator cap off and the front of the vehicle elevated (to get best results)

where would this bleeder valve be...

 

Why do you have to have the radiator cap off? Isn't there an overflow hole in the top neck of the radiator that will allow air to escape and blow it into the overflow tank? (this is for the 22re)

 

The cap is under pressure thats why theres a spring and plunger on it. that hole is not for air to escape

 

I just flushed my system the other day. I parked it up on ramps and ran it up to temp with the cap off. it puked out a bunch of air and a little coolant. I had to rev it a little to kick out some of the air thats when the coolant puked out so make sure you have a drain pan under it .

 

You have to get the front end as high as you can. I parked on the uphill grade of my driveway, with the front tires up on ramps. Leave the cap off and be prepared to add coolant to the rad as it burps out the air.

It will take a while. Be patient.
