Tranny Cooler or No Tranny Cooler

I am debating on whether or not to get a tranny cooler.

I noticed today after driving around town with my girlfriend for awhile, several steep hills and tough acclerating, that the area around the shifters (4x4 and tranny) was getting warm, rather warm actually. I felt the metal shaft of the tranny shifter, warm and the shaft of the 4x4 shifter was pretty darn warm too. The only stuff I was hauling was me and my girlfriend. I weigh about 200-210 and she's like 120 so I mean...WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!

I have heard stuff about TRD and Hayden (sp?) Are they the same, different, one better than the other? I heard waskilly sayin somethin about the Hayden being like 50 bucks...thats what I'm talkin about!

What do you guys think? Where is a good place to get them and more importantly do I need one and what kind?

Once again, thanks in advance.
