Right signal light

Alright, so last week i removed my bumper/lights to mount up my new one.
Now, whenever i turn on my right signal it blinks really fast like a bulb is shot/fuse. But, it only happens randombly, so i was thinking that the connection is dirty, what can i use to clean it out that wont eat away the wires/plastic housing.

cheers!

You could use wd-40 but make sure you dry it off well because if you leave excess on there it will start shorting out and blowing fuses.

Maybe you didn't get the plug all the way back on so the vibration of engine/road/driving is causing it to wiggle loose sometimes and be okay others.

i bet the filament in the bulb is just about toast.
when you replace the bulb put some dielectric grease on the part that goes into the socket

I had the same problem with my left hand signal. Turns out the plug corroded away. Had to splice in a new one..
