engine not settling down (major loping).

Has to do with the engine not settling down (major loping).

Here's a link to the thread that explains it all. If anyone takes the time to read through this and can direct me to what the solution is, I would be mighty grateful. The most detailed stuff is at the end of page 2. Thanks.
