IFS front housing twisting

IFS front housing twisting
So after last weekends big wheelin adventure having to pull a friend out i noticed i had a bit of a grinding/vibrating from the front end of the truck...( 1986 4rnr 22re auto )
Today i looked underneath with the truck in 4x4 parked facing uphill...The front driveshaft is hitting the swaybar...Hmmmm...
First reaction was to check the motor and tranny mounts, they are perfect. Hmm so i start thinking did i bend the swaybar. Go to the car was and wash off the underneath, no, swaybar and mounts are fine... Then i get a terrible feeling what if its the front housing twisting?
Sure enough, the front housing is twisting...I the front 2 half "dogbone" style mounts look fine...So i'm taking it it is the rear spaceship style mount, theres only the 3 mounts on the IFS correct?? the front two would allow it to twist like this....
So lets hope i just broke the bolt or washer thingy or something, and not the mount off the frame!!! Will update tomorrow as long as its not raining...
Anyone else ever do this???

i may have a spare IFS diff..just gotta see what the gearing is in the other truck, as long as it doesn't have 31" tire option my friends not gonna use it for the gears and should be the same....
I'm just hoping its the old bolts or the mounts....not the part on the frame or housing ( though if it was housing i could live with it...)
Thanks for the offer though!!

Edit: swaybar will likely come off anyways, need a little more articulation.

Check the 3 mounts and see where the movement is coming from. Could be the front mount is somehow damaged, either the rubber is ripped inside the mount or the mounting tabs have broken away from the lower crossmember.

yea i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the rear mounts... I'll check it all out tomorrow, and take pictures too now that my digitals charged up.
i'm just hoping i dont have to bring out the ol' hobart stickmate lol

Well update, pulled the front housing out today, passenger side mount broke off ( rusted ) and the drivers side was cracked from stress...will be building/reinforcing the mounts tomorrow.
Will post pictures in a bit little drunk at the moment to do so.

well...heres a picture or two...
one of them you can see where the swaybar was rubbin the driveshaft...the other you can see the broken mount...
though i'd throw in a pic of the truck as wel ( bad one i'll take better later )
EDIT: i'll be building the new mounts tomorrow, and having a friends old man weld them in, as i'd rather not do it myself and have to fix it twice!

lol yeah oh well... i guess its expected for a 1986..we have alot of issues with rust up here....5 year old vehicles usually have some rust starting on them lol... if not sooner.
In the winter our dump trucks roll around ( in snow storms and for like a day or two after ) with only SALT in hte back...no sand, no mix of the two... just pure road salt.
Its rediculous.
Plus the design of the mount doens't lent itself to being devoid of corrosion. Its kinda like a cup therefor it would hold moisture/water/whatever in it and rust out easier.
Im not terrible concerned about it i'll fix it up and gusset it pretty good while i'm at it.
