Can I get a ballpark price on a few replacement parts? (need it quick)

I'm looking at a used 1999 SR5 4runner 4WD, 145k, $7000, that I'm thinking of buying. I noticed a few minor issues and I'm hoping that the dealer will take care of them before I buy, but I'd like to know about what they'd cost to do myself, so I can just ask him to take it out of the total.

I don't think these are too expensive, but I wasn't sure if they'd be the sorts of replacement parts that end up being ridiculously overpriced for what they are.

(1) Missing two screws in the rear - what's it called, a deflector? - the metal band crossing over the top of the lift gate in the rear?

(2) Missing a tightening screw on one corner of the luggage rack - one of those knurled screws.

(3) There's some hairline scratches in the clear coat that I think ought to come out with buffing (minor, but widespread). Can I get a ballpark price on how much that would run me if I had someone else do it?

Like I said, minor stuff. I'm having my mechanic take a look at it today.

1 and 2 cant be more than a couple bucks, try to find those at a junkyard where you can get them yourself.

3 shouldnt be very expensive either, just take it to a detailing place and see how much they charge for it. Have them wash, wax, and buff. or take a couple hours and do it yourself.

Sounds good. For some reason, I was thinking that the screws on #1 were some sort of proprietary item that was overly expensive to replace...I must have been thinking of something else. Thanks!
