Question Is there any disadvantage to running a crankcase breather on a 22r?

Would any harm be done by running a crankcase breather such as this on my 22r? (not my truck)

You may find oil vapours condense in your engine bay after they leave through the breather. Some people report smelling the oil in the cab, but not sure how vapours get there as the air for the blowers come from the coil area in front of the windshield.

Alright. Thanks guys. So the most important thing with having an open element air cleaner, if a am not mistaken, is to make sure the PCV valve is still connected to the air cleaner so it creates a vacuum. Correct?
