where to by Yota' parts
Anyone know where I can buy a cheap A/C compressor for a 88' 4Runner with the 3.0?
What I really need is clutch/pulley assembly.
Anyone ever switch out the pulley and clutch assembly? is is a pain in the arse?
Hep' me please.

Hey there.
I just called the local shop by me and they can get the compressor for $150. Not sure if you want to spend that much.
If you just need some parts give them a buzz. I'm heading up there to pick up some parts myself. So if you need anything let me know.
Here is the phone number:
All Toyota Auto Recycling
(360)829-9760
They are out of Buckley, Washington.
Hope this helps.

If your want OEM, www.1sttoyotaparts.com has them for $238-243 depending if carb. or FIed. Great prices as an online discount Toyota dealer.

a/c compressor
Customcruiser had an a/c compressor for sale for the 3.0. I'm not sure if he still has it or if it will even fit your '88. He wanted $86 plus shipping. I was going to buy it, but i found out that mine is good. It's worth a shot. They're expensive.
