checked your spark plugs, distributor cap, wires and coil?
how are your engine mounts?

the engine mounts are good and everything but i guess it might be the plugs and whatnot cause i sunk my engine underwater like a month or two ago...so i should probally pull and clean those or something.

i have the same problem and replaced everything u listed, my uncle is a mechanic and has his own shop, www.rosevillerodandcustom.com but anyways he went over it and the 4th cylinder on mine is running rich and he thinks the injector is bad and i have a really rough idle but once u give it power it smooths out so sounds like an injector

Try upping the idle just a smidgen, that might temporarily fix it if it bothers you.

replace the air filter as well.

if you're low on coolant, that can affect the idle quality on a 22re. also, thermostat rating should be 195.
...just a thought.
