Both of the rear passenger door power windows on my '93 open/close very slowly, even more slowly when I try to operate both at once. I've tried adding some lube to the tracks to reduce friction without gain. Does anyone have ideas on this other than changing the motors? My only doubt about the motors is that both are working the same, and it doesn't seem like they have been used enough to wear them out.

Thanks. I should have been more explicit - I'll revise my original post. The issue is with the rear passenger door windows, not the tailgate window.

I'll check the internals for gunk and such, though, just to rule that out.
