I've been quoted $1000, $1450, and $1900 - all from different 4x4 stores.
All include installation, REAR locker, and the compressor. The $1000 is quoted from my buddies mechanic that works on 4Runners all the time. He owns a 1st gen 4runner and 2 older Landcruisers.
Any thing I should be concerned about? Any questions I should ask about? I am running 31's on my rig, and he said the stock compressor is big enough to inflate 31's, any bigger tire you will want a larger compressor.
Any advice is appreciated

Sorry can't help you with pricing but maybe this will help with the cost:

$1000 isn't bad. That's about what I've found - $560 for locker from xtreme + $20 to ship, about $200 for ARB compressor, and about $200 for install. If you want to inflate tires, go with an Extremeaire compressor for $400.
