Cold start injector..bad?

So I was doing a little work under the hood, testing various sensors and whatnot, and I decided to check the cold start injector.

My 90FSM said to check the resistance at the connector, 2-4 is okay. Mine read no resistance..

Other then a slight warm starting issue no problems... Should I replace it?

Of course...

It hinted at a little resistance but that quickly reduced to 0.00

I have no idea
