relay wire kit for H4 conversion off ebay

We have been talking about the lighgts on ebay> I was thinking of getting a set with the 100/90 watt bulbs after i get the refund form the ones returned.
I wanted to run a relay for the lights. I looked at the one from summit and I found this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3AIT&viewitem=
What you all think?

You shouldn't need a conversion kit for 100W only, i run 80/100W Hella bulbs on my stock wires with no problems.

Toylo posted a shortcut to 4crawl on the other post. I would rather buy from them. I don't completly understand wiring so I don't understand switched ground. Does that mean the switch gives it the ground and the hots are always there?
Ok just read throught all the info on there sight I get it a little better but still don't completly understand. I can see that the hots are not always there It seems to me that they are always grounded. Sorry I just don't completly understand.

14 gauge wire isn't much - if any - better than the stock wires. The only benefit would be the shorter run to the battery. If I was making my own harness I'd probably use 10.

For switched ground, the headlight switch grounds the low or high beam filament to make it turn on, there is always power to the lights. There is special circuitry needed to make the high beam indicator on the dash to work right:
