Lightbulb Clear Third(3rd) Brake Light and Hood Scoop

I got my clear Third(3rd) brake light and universal hood scoop in today. I ordered them on Christmas eve and I just got it today lol.

I installed the brake light, it was real easy to do, the factory one popped right out after I removed the screws and I used end caps to splice the wires, then I taped over the wiring.

I need some opinions on my hood scoop, I bought it because my 4Runner did not come w/the hood scoop, I will have it painted body color, and try to have it molded onto the hood.
Position 1

Position 2

Position 3 (I really like this one)

position 1 looks closest to where the bulge is on a factory sport hood. #2 looks like #2 if you catch my drift. it's too close to the front imo. #3 looks pretty good to me, looks like the sport hood but unique to your ride. that scoop doesn't look too bad either, painted will look even better, and much cheaper than going OEM too. lookin' clean!

Looks good. Finally completed the all clear install with this, good job.

I like number 1 placement the best. Please post some pics when you get it painted. Also, if you don't mind let us know the cost of getting it color-matched and painted.

I might be interested in doing this if it isn't cost prohibitive.

Funny lights, big rims, loud stereo, some extra chrome for good measure. Yup, it's all there. That ride will make you a million friends!

dang thunder your truck has come a long way from start. Love the look of the clears all around that really fits your color scheme.

So your rear third brake light is LED and your tails both LED and no ABS light now? You had some trouble with another unit before I think I read about?

I like position 3-it is totally a non functional scoop anyways I am presuming.

I like how your fenders look with no trim and no flares but don't you spray the body sides whenever it is wet out? (front tires picking up the water)
