LOL...reminds me a lot of my grandmother hopping in and out on my truck. Mine's only got a 2.5" lift on it. Grab handle's are gold!

^^ They're called "OH S*** " handles

That picture is both sad and hilarious. I like how you (or your brother/friend/etc) was not helping her..just standing by laughing...

hahahahahaha, thats the only reason that i might get some type of step if i lift it, for the passengers

my grandmother is about as tall as me and she had a hard time getting into my 1st gen when i was parked on a stump in her driveway

That's what I was taught they were called and always call em that.
They are used for that purpose every now and again in my 4runner.

LoL that's hilarious hehe.

My friend has a 10inch lift on his Excursion (yes a Ford I know) He as a mini step-ladder he keeps in the back that extends so his mom can get in.

get yourself some sliders/rock guards and those are handy as steps up-can be slick when wet so plan ahead for some "grit" on the step tread....

very cool pic to explain the thread

That makes me wish I would've gotten pics of my 4'9" ex-gf getting into my truck. 35's, 2" BL, 2" t bar crank, 1.5" bj spacers, 3" rear springs with 2" blocks as well.
