I think it might be time for those electric steps that come out when you open the door and retract when you close the door.

Funniest thing I saw was a good friend of mines wife (5'2" and 8 months pregnant) trying to get into my 4runner. 3" lift up front, 4" in back, rolling on 33's. I felt so bad while she was trying to climb in, finally I knelt down and let her step on my leg to get in.
