Torque for Transmission Mount (Rear Mount) Bolts

Torque for Transmission Mount (Rear Mount) Bolts
Can someone confirm that it is 13ft/lbs for all 8 bolts? Got that number from this thread:

Just checked and they aren't on there all that tight... but they feel tighter than just 13ft lbs.
