What don't I see this Toyota SUV more?
While off on one of my frequent youtube.com tangents I came across this video:

Is this a new model that will be in the US also? What countrys is it available for purchase? I like the short wheelbase!

Its a LC prado, Same chasis as the runner.
And its only overseas

you can get them down here with 50 state legal smog 5vz-fe motors. its the safety that will stop you at the border.

yes the Prado and FJC share a modded 4Runner platform. but certain Prado packages offer a sweet suspension that you can't order in North America, dont ask me cause i have not had a good look at it yet.

It has things similar to the new LC, quick disconnect sway bars, long travel shocks, and a few other things i can't think of right now.

Actually, the Prado in the video is a 90 series, which is based off the 3rd gen 4Runner chassis. Your thinking of the 120 series Prado, which shares the GX/4Runner/FJ chassis.

Again, a 2 door short wheelbase 4Runner in the US would rock!

Something MUCH SHORTER than a FJ cruiser.
