Tundra Offroad?
since i guess i posted my other one in the wrong section that no one can reply to... here goes.
im probably buying a 2000 tundra 4x4 xtra cab today, and i want to know how they do offroad. i know theyre a little big, but are they pretty capable offroad? what kinds of things should i look out for with it? im STOKED....
and regarding my 88, should i keep it or post it up for sale on here?

and when you get the TRD off road package you get Bilstein shocks which perform nicely on gravel roads. if you want to know anything else PM me. but i know there are quite a few members with Tundras on here. or just go to the tundra forum.

can't beleive you just said you were considering a f-150 no balls over a tundra! Theres a TRD yamaha edition around here, a truck i would kill for, Every so often he paints it brown, so it must work good off road!

And yes, a 2000 4x4 tundra will do quite fine offroad, obviously depending on terrain chosen, modifications, and the skill set, or lack of, of the driver.

yeah, tundras are great offroad, but as with any big truck, its not going to be anywhere near as agile as an old pickup or 4Runner.
I just wouldn't go rock crawling with it, they're a little long for that.
