Some wheelin' pictures.

First off, not sure if this is in the right section or not; if it's not, feel free to move it.

(Elvota moved thread to "Trip Reports" )

Went out with two buddies this weekend, one in an S10, and the other in a Jimmy.

GM at it's finest:

I ended up having to pull them both out:

Then, it was the S10's turn to pull me out after my gas tank got caught on a huge mud pile:

Then we headed back into the city to find some more obstacles:

My stock suspension flexing(or at least attempting to):

Orange door is courtesy of a large tree whacking into the side of my old door:

Sweet, a Winnipegheights Decal:

All in all, I had fun, and I'm very surprised I didn't break anything at all. I just wish I had a damn locking rear diff.

Edit: And , what a difference a set of 31" Mud + Snow tires makes. Christ, it felt like the truck was unstoppable compared to my old set of Passenger car tires.

I am having a blast. I can safely say off-roading is more fun than Autocrossing my Datsun Z.

Lol. There was a big pile of mud that was there from my buddy in his S10 (when he got stuck there earlier). I figured I could power through it, but my gas tank got caught on it. I probably could have got it out with the shovel, but it was more fun with the tow strap.

FYI, that was the only time I got stuck that day. The S10 got stuck twice, and I ended up pulling the Jimmy out more than five times.

It came stock like that. It's a really low-optioned truck. It's got all manual windows, locks, no sunroof, it came with black trim back(I added the junkyard mirrors), etc.

Not sure if the 3rd brake light regulations would be different since it's a Canadian spec car, and Canada didn't require a rear brake light until 1996.
