AZ: Table Mesa 10/4

Okay, so I posted the report in the AZ section but figured I'd copy it over here to the Photos/Trip report section where it probably belongs.

Over the weekend I ran a few trails with some Jeep buddies. 111db (Jon) rode along with me and we had a good time up at Table Mesa. The plan was to just take it easy...well once we hit Lower Terminator we couldn't pass up all the optional lines. Good times. You know when someone straps on the helmet they arent messing around.

No carnage, just some near flops and some new character added to my truck.

Anyway, here's the photos.

We ran Dirty Sanchez, LT and Predator

Dirty -

LT -

White Line -

Terminator obstacle - next to Z Turn

Since I had the 'bus' I was nominated to go this route

No photos from Predator...here is one from another trail though. We watched a few buggies run this waterfall. Thats a 42" tire about 4' feet off the ground.

No, they didn't try that one. Wheelbase is way too short. They did the Terminator obstacle instead (pictured below). There are 3 different paths thru. Z turn, Terminator or the way I went.

I don't know if Steve relayed the message yet, but we will be visiting the Table Mesa area when you are out to visit, instead of the Beach. There is more variety that way and everyone will have more fun.

Alright good deal. Table Mesa has alot of trails and some great 4wheeling. The weather is starting to cooperate here too, finally.

75-80 degrees this weekend and it should stay that way for your visit.

Glad you made it out there Brian, I have seen a guy with 100" w/b make that line you made by the z turn. I tried it once but was too far driver and was denied, didn't realize my errors till after the fact.

That "other" trail is anhialator and unless you have no sheetmetal or just want to join the raisin club, stay out of there. It's tricky.

I'm surprised Lance didn't tru to take you up Collaterol Damage.

What is your wheelbase Symon?

Wow that would line would be something to watch with 100" WB try it.

We just went out there for a relaxing day on the trail. We thought about Anaconda but decided to take it easy...well at least until we reached the optionals on LT, then of course Lance straps on the helmet.

Sy - is CD just up the Agua from Dirty Sanchez...on the same side of the hill?
