2 hour camo paint job for $38

I mixed half a litre of black chalkboard paint with 1 litre of green chalkboard paint to make it dark enough, then added a cup of thinners and rolled it straight over the original white paint with a 3 inch wide mini foam roller I did the whole car green then used cheap black spray cans to paint the break up pattern it only took 2 hours from start to finish

that is sweet!

i'm going to do gray, white and black... as my 4runner is gray already.

it'll help hide the dent, dings and what not.

Very nice! I like the design. You in NSW, or just have the front plate?

Is that chalkboard paint UV stabilized and Ok for exterior use?

Might want to shoot some flat clear over everything so you're not doing it again in a couple months ...

Kinda has an "A Team" flair to it. I dig it. But I 2nd what TC said. Might wanna give it a coat of clear to help it hold up longer. Other than that, looks pretty tight!

where am i from how long will the paint last

I just wanted to hide all the dents from the trail I hope the paint lasts its only been on for 3 weeks lol I dont know if its uv stable but its definately weather proof touch ups will be cheap I think a coat of clear would be more expensive than painting the whole rig 3 times again I will post an update if the paint goes bad over time and yes "andyota" i am from new south wales very observant of you

that looks sweet and for under 40 bucks you can't beat it. If you scratch you finger nails on the paint does it make people around you cringe? lol

I went to a car show once and someone had painted a civic with the green chalkboard paint, and had chalk layin around with a sign that said "write on me." It was like rolling graffiti by the end of the show. lol
I like it though
