my truck wont start

so today the truck is running fine all day, so then i stop at home depot to get something, when i get back to the truck i go to strat it but all it does is crank, its getting gas but no spark, i checked the ditributer and it is spinning. then i put a new coil in and that didnt help, so now im 120 bucks into it with the coil and tow back to my place. im calling my uncle tommarow because he was a toyota mechanic for 20+ years and he knows a thing or two about it, he was actually the one who sold the truck to me.
so anyway i thought id see if anyone here could help me out and give me some ideas. its and 84 22r .

You might check the ohms for the Coil to distributor wire. 7000ohms/foot. You might check the igniter has good ground too.

I believe you have electronic ignition so may want to go over your fuses anyways.
