265/70r16 on stock height stock geared 22re

I was wondering if there would be any issues if i ran a 265/70r16 (approximately a 31x10.5) on a stock height pickup with a 22re and 4.10's. Will there be any rubbing issues? and how will the gearing be? thanks in advance

It will not rub, but the gearing will make it feel like your towing something heavy. Regear to 4.56.

With 31s and 4.10s the truck was miserable to drive. With 4.56s the truck felt alot more powerful. Its about a one gear difference.

If you were thinking about a 265/75r16, I may say you could rub, but considering you're thinking about a 70, I don't think they'll rub at all.

Gearing wise... you will notice it doesn't pull hills as well as it used to in high gear. Be prepared to downshift. But if you're smart about the shifting, you won't lose any mileage. And don't be afraid of revving the engine up to 4500-5000. It WILL handle it just fine.

with my heavy 2nd gen, the 4.10s didn't work well with 31s. I upgraded to 4.56s and it was more than worth the $350 it cost me.
