I'm looking at running a high performance rear shock on my 01 4runner, problem is nobody makes a shock thats stud mount on the shock body, anyone ever use a eye-stud conversion like in the link??

Bilstein makes some shocks that are eye-stud for runners, if your lifted you can order some bilstein 5125's that are eye stud mount.

I converted my mounts and I am using eye-eye shocks. i cut and welded on some trailer shackles from tractor supply.
